Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.

HOW DO I PROCESS A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

 Please visit our Returns Center

  • Enter your order number and email address to start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines and return label

 WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE? 

 All items that fall within our returns guidelines

  • Items returned within 60 days from the date of purchase
  • Items in unused and resellable condition
  • Items in the original packaging with all the tags intact

 WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE/FINAL SALE?

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear
  • Gift cards

 THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED.

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery date.

 WHAT ARE THE REFUND OPTIONS?

The refund will be issued back on the original payment method.

 HOW DO I SHIP BACK THE ITEMS?

 Once you have filled out your information via our returns center and your request has been approved, you will receive and email with shipping instructions and a pre-paid return label.

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 10 business days.

CAN YOU CLARIFY SHIPPING COSTS?

We cover all return shipping fees. Outbound shipping from our warehouse is not covered, including exchange orders. Exception is if we offer a promotion on shipping.
