Return & Exchange Policy
BOMATERNITY is happy to process a return or exchange. We try to make this process as seamless as possible for all our new moms. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase and would like to return your bra, you may do so within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. It is important to note that the merchandise must be unused, in its original packaging and in resalable condition. To be eligible for a full refund:
- The bra(s) must be in original condition, with all tags in place.
- The bra(s) must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
- Please try on your bra(s) after a shower, without lotions, creams, or other products on your skin, over a tight-fitting tank or other piece of clothing until you are certain you will not require a return.
- For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns for bra(s) soiled with sweat, breast milk, deodorant, pet fur, etc.
- Please avoid exposing your bra(s) to strong smells such as cigarette smoke, cooking odors, perfume, etc. until you are certain that you will not require a return, as bras that have been exposed to these odors will not be accepted for return.
- Each bra will be checked for defects upon return to us. Any bra received that is not in its original condition (i.e. has sweat, breast milk, deodorant, pet fur, smells, etc.) will be returned back to you “as is,” without reimbursement.

We would be happy to exchange a size or style of any bra for another. If you would like to exchange please see the Return & Exchange form in the Return Center. Same instructions apply as above in terms of wear and tear. Bras must be in original condition to replace your purchase. We will then send you back the bra of your choice.

Note that there are no warranties due to wear and tear. Due to sanitary reasons, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges, but if you have a problem with your order please send us a message to email@example.com within 48 hours upon receiving your order.
We do our best to keep taxes and duties low, however you will be responsible for your country’s sales tax and/or duties. International shipping can take anywhere from 3-8 weeks for delivery depending on the country. Not all countries offer tracking once your package has left Canada.
As our items are proudly handmade with all the love for your baby we are human and every once in a while a defective item may slip through the cracks. Our main priority is that our customer is happy. Kindly contact us within 48 hours upon receiving your order in regards to your defective item.
Our soother clips are proudly handmade and may have slight variations from one piece to another. Soother clips are 7.5-8 inches long (tried and tested to be the perfect length for comfort and convenience). Soother clips may stretch over time. SUEDE and PLUSH Clips should be spot cleaned only. Do not soak or put in washing machine. Metal clip can be cleaned with magic eraser or baking soda.
WARNING: Soother Clips should only be used with adult supervision. Small parts may pose a choking hazard. Clip should never be used while baby is unattended or sleeping.

HOW DO I PROCESS A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
Visit our returns center
- Enter your order number and email address to start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?
- Within 30 days from the date of purchase
- In unused and resellable condition
- In the original packaging with all the tags intact
WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED.
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.
CAN MY ITEM BE EXCHANGED?
We allow the exchange of purchased items for a product of the same cost. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.
