Return & Exchange Policy
BOMATERNITY is happy to process a return. We try to make this process as seamless as possible for all our new moms. If for any reason you would like to return or exchange your item, you may do so within 60 days of receipt for a full refund. It is important to note that the merchandise must be unused, in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
To be eligible for a full refund:
- Items must be in original condition, with all tags in place.
- The items must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
- Please try on your items after a shower, without lotions, creams, or other products on your skin, over a tight-fitting tank or other piece of clothing until you are certain you will not require a return.
- For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns for items soiled with sweat, breast milk, deodorant, pet fur, etc.
- Please avoid exposing your items to strong smells such as cigarette smoke, cooking odors, perfume, etc. until you are certain that you will not require a return, as items that have been exposed to these may not be accepted for return.
- Each item will be checked for defects upon return to us. Any item received that is not in its original condition will be returned back to you “as is,” without reimbursement.

If you wish to exchange your item, please purchase a new size and/or colour from our store. Please also fill out your return information through our Returns Center and following the above return policy.
We encourage you to place a new order as soon as possible to ensure your secure the appropriate size OR on your original order, grab two sizes and return the size that's not needed!
If the item you purchased is no longer available at the same price or was purchased using a promotional code, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org before returning the item. We will provide you with a new promotional code to apply to the item being exchanged.

HOW DO I PROCESS A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
Please visit our Returns Center
- Enter your order number and email address to start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines and return label
WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?
All items that fall within our returns guidelines
- Items returned within 60 days from the date of purchase
- Items in unused and resellable condition
- Items in the original packaging with all the tags intact
WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE/FINAL SALE?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery date.
WHAT ARE THE REFUND OPTIONS?
The refund will be issued back on the original payment method.
HOW DO I SHIP BACK THE ITEMS?
Once you have filled out your information via our returns center and your request has been approved, you will receive and email with shipping instructions and a pre-paid return label.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 10 business days.
CAN YOU CLARIFY SHIPPING COSTS?
We cover all return shipping fees. Outbound shipping from our warehouse is not covered, including exchange orders.
